Terms of Sale
These terms govern the sale of Bored Claw tokens through this site.
01Who sells
The tokens are sold by Bored Limited, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, registration number 55582838000122.
02What you buy
A Bored Claw is an ERC-721 collectible token with a license to the associated art. It is not a security, a share, a loan or an investment product, and it gives no right to profits, dividends, buyback or governance.
03Price and payment
The price is fixed in ETH by the smart contract and shown before you sign. You pay the network gas fee directly. A purchase is final once confirmed on-chain.
04Delivery and reveal
The token is delivered to the minting wallet in the same transaction. Art and traits are revealed once the token’s batch sells out, drawn inside the contract, and the metadata is frozen after the whole collection is revealed.
05Risks you accept
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. You are responsible for your wallet, your keys and the network you use. Smart contracts, networks and marketplaces can fail or change.
06Secondary sales
A royalty of 5% is signalled through ERC-2981 on secondary sales. Marketplaces decide whether to honour it.
